We support you in sustainably exploiting the possibilities of digitalization and determining the right starting points for your digitalization project - from brainstorming to technological feasibility and financing.

Getting started together

EDIH.SH consists of the consortium partners Forschungs- und Entwicklungszentrum Fachhochschule Kiel GmbH, Kiel University of Applied Sciences, Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, Technische Hochschule Lübeck, UniTransferKlinik Lübeck and Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH).

Our goal as a consortium team is to offer companies, start-ups and the administration new opportunities in terms of digitalization, innovation and sustainability. In addition to our comprehensive expertise, we also use a practical approach and our regional, supra-regional and Europe-wide network. We want to create added value for companies, start-ups and public authorities in Schleswig-Holstein by offering the space to optimally combine scientific and practical know-how.

EDIH.SH is part of the Europe-wide network of Digital Innovation Hubs. The aim of the hub initiative is to support companies and public administrations both regionally and transnationally in their digital and sustainable transformation.
Each EDIH brings different infrastructures, skills and areas of focus to the network. This ensures that a sparring partner can be found in the network for every task.

Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Schleswig-Holstein
EDIH.SH has been a regional partner of the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Schleswig-Holstein since 2023. The Schleswig-Holstein Centre is an experienced partner for small and medium-sized enterprises in Schleswig-Holstein, providing support in all matters relating to digitalization. Based on the circumstances of the industry or a company, the team at Zentrum Schleswig-Holstein helps to determine the status quo of digitization and derive needs-based development steps.

Transferstelle Cybersicherheit
EDIH.SH has been a network partner of the Cybersecurity Transfer Office for SMEs since 2024. The Cybersecurity Transfer Office for SMEs supports companies free of charge in improving their cybersecurity. The team at the Cybersecurity Transfer Office for SMEs helps small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their cybersecurity in order to protect themselves from cyberattacks. To this end, the transfer office offers workshops and events as well as information material with practical tips for companies.
